1. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
2. Each item can only be exchanged once.
3. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
5. This policy applies to partially used products in cases of dissatisfaction, where not more than 25% has been used.
